The toilets are useful, but could use a crash helmet shelf. I don't eat or drink there often, maybe a coffee and a hot dog. I just meet mates there occasionally. Its handy as a quick stop place. The spending power bit is a bit unfair. Unless you want a boutique burger joint. Its a cafe. You're not going to start a franchise empire there. But the Surrey Hills are popular with a great many different types of people and different interests. Ive seen some great machines there over the years. Costing well more than multis charabang. It could be ripe for a modern take a la bike shed or ace cafe.
It's survived many decades with this current format, but we're in testing times ahead regarding disposable income for pure leisure times at the weekends or that evening rideout.
