  1. It's also the responsibility of the client to speak up with these rogue tradesman before you make that final payment.

  2. Anthony, I'm surprised your not installing that yourself with your skill set.???????

  3. I was expecting things to go quiet because of the cost of lockdown crisis but I’m busier than ever. Not complaining though!

  4. Yep I agree, I always make sure the customer is happy before I leave a job and tell them to contact me if anything should arise. It’s kept me in good stead for the last 30 years.

  12. It's strange how you think your day's going to pan out when something else crops up and challanges you, i picked these gates up for a little project from Chertsey today for short money.........a little taller than expected on arrival but who cares.

  13. 95th pint of blood donated today :)
I wasn't sure which of the three barcodes would link to my records so covered them all up! Not that I have an interesting medical history - goes with the blood donor territory :joy:

The knob at the front of the instrument cluster on the tank is an inspection light to help when the inevitable breakdown happens. The light it gives off is truly pathetic.
The thing on the saddle is the bicycle style pump for inflating the tyres. There are mountings for it above the left hand exhaust.

  15. Mowed the lawns, cleaned the van and did a few repairs around the place so I have the next 2 days totally free to get some riding in.

  17. Why thank you
After all the kitchens bathrooms and general building work I’ve done over the years, it’s time to let someone else have a go.
    I’ll be overseeing of course

  19. I’ll be mowing mine tomorrow. I’ve never before had to mow the weeds in November. Some of my plants have started flowering again - again unique in my life.

  20. I know it’s crazy isn’t it. On the plus side I’ve not had to put the heating on yet!
