V4 Waiting On New Pikes Peak

Discussion in 'Multistrada' started by BILLY GORDON, Oct 7, 2022.

  1. So, bike has arrived and, as I’ll be heading back to work in a few weeks, my dealer will hold on to it and will get it registered whenever I’d prefer in January.

All of the extras should hopefully have arrived by the time I get back and he’s also given me a decent discount off them as well as confirming that fitting is free of charge. Good result and a happy customer who feels he is being treated well by their dealership (unlike Ducati itself).

  2. Might as well wait until March, new reg and all that. I certainly won’t be riding my Pikes Peak on salty roads, unless they are bone dry.

  3. We don’t have the new reg system over here but, I’m back home in February so will get her delivered to the house and fit all the Evotech stuff etc while waiting for the better weather.

  4. Another Northern Irish rider, I presume, Mark?

  5. Yep - how’s it going John?

  6. All good, thanks, Mark. Maybe we can meet for a blast when you're back and have the PP on the road.

  7. Up for that John. Probably not going to be out until March or so though. See if the weather plays fair for a change.
