Earlier in the year my Multistrada V4s had the Ducati Connect update and actually connecting the phone is now much easier. However, when using Sygic it will either freeze or the screen displays a notice to say there is a connection problem. This happens all the time and renders the use of Ducati connect useless. I see there were previous troubled post but nothing very much recently. Should I suppose others are not experiencing problems, or have they simply given up trying to use the system, which I'm about to do?
Bluntly, many have found it challenging. A small number of riders who have the time and patience, have made it work but Sygic would appear to be an A to B, car type sat nav which is unsuited to the rider who likes to create routes. Again, I think you will find 1 person on here has made it work but most think it’s shit and don’t bother. A dedicated sat nav still seems to be favoured by most. Andy
