  1. I've just got home from visiting the shop of B&L Motorcycles in Fareham to pick up a part.

Nice guy with some good parts from a recently stripped ST4S.
And it sounds like he's always willing to listen to a Sensible offer.

Well worth considering if you are looking for parts:

  2. I like the bit in the description "it will be posted dismantled so you will need 17 and 13mm spanners so if you are no good with tools please do not bid".
Who does he think is going to buy it? :joy:

  4. It's not such a daft idea, I have a 1m x 1.5m piece that I use on the deck of my boat when carrying stuff at sea or loading the boat as a camping trailer when going on holiday.

It's soft, so protects anything you put on it, but doesn't absorb or hold on to water being made of plastic.
Water actually passes right through it. So in both respects it's better than a piece of old carpet.

  5. That's exactly what i've in my Land rover, i was considering a rubber load liner at what around £190 plus and toss away the old carpet.

  6. You can buy a 'Rug' sized piece from B&Q for not a lot of money.
Might be worth a trip to your local store to see what you think.
