Yesterday I tried Warzone DMZ on my own. I last about 60s to 5mins then dead. I normally just play battlefield, but I thought I'd try the new free to play CoD. Yup, I'm a gamer and have been since orig doom back in 93ish. I used to love online mp, but Im older now and my legs are grey. My ears are gnarled. My eyes are old and bent.

My lad plays Battlefield usually as a scout character, he does pretty good. Very often being accused of cheating which he doesn’t.

Ye cheat accuse happens a lot. Some people do not realise just how good some players are. I'm average. I just play for fun. I used to be really good back in the day but as the quote goes...plus Im not spending a grand on a gpu just to get an edge.

 

Kept the Germanic tribes at bay and the Picts, once they left it’s been downhill ever since IMO.

My lads a casual player he doesn’t play that often really, he has other interests guitar playing, drawing among others. He built a gaming rig just before lockdown a mid level build as he sold a lot of his games consoles to fund it. From memory it was around £600 all in, he wanted to upgrade it a little but the cost to benefit just isn’t there ATM.

 

Always best to have a dual personality when heading for the battlefield.
