Going to start the sopranos again and see how far I get watching an episode each time a WC game’s on.
The English, on iPlayer. Western starring Emily Blunt. Bit slow to start but getting better. Good, if you like a western. I think it'll win awards. The cinematography is excellent, as is the acting.
I started it with a three month NOW TV subscription (£15) and am midway through season 6. Everyone told me to watch it years ago, but never got round to it. Pretty good considering it's 20 years old.
Rinsed it during lockdown and absolutely loved it. Dated admittedly but a good story line that soon gets you hooked.
There's no shoulder pads for both formats unless of course you want too or you've a injury. I prefer Union as the other is a little energetic for me.
Our Universe. Seems Netflix have taken some David Attenborough and Brian Cox content, mashed it up and added the voice of God. Pretty decent.
Saw "Living" with Bill Nighy at cinema, gentle touching film superbly acted by both leads - one to take the Mrs to.
I'm a late starter and just finished The Soprano's start to finish - enjoyed it. Now on Game of Thrones, which is not the norm for me, but plenty for everybody so far.
Guardians of the galaxy Xmas short (45 minutes!) on Disney. Loved it. Funny and cheesy in equal measures. Very GotG humour
