Afraid so Viv,..The older you get, the faster time goes, doesn’t seem 5 minutes since I was in my 50’s…mind you this years put 10 years on me
I went and ordered this yesterday. Ummed and arrhhdd for about an hour in the shop weather to buy the cheaper version or go big. % for 12 months too. A slop fest off road tonight, hard going with the strong winds
Buying a gravel bike has been the best cycling investment I’ve made to date. It’s an expensive winter hack that I’ve ridden 3,000 miles in less than two years, when the weather has been less than ideal. It goes everywhere including on holiday. I’m sure you will be very happy with yours.
I hope I'm happy, that's more expensive than cars and bikes I've bought in the past. I've had a pinnacle gravel bike fr the last three years and loved it. I'm in the south east so it's all I need really. In fact I sold my mountain bike earlier this year as it wasn't getting used.
Hope you don't mind me mentioning this here but I have a Yeti Arc C2 I need to sell pretty quickly if possible. I'ts brand new, never used.I haven't even bought any pedals for it yet. Carbon frame hence the extremely light weight. Size XL in the traditional Yeti colour of turquoise. Top notch components. Cost me £4000 a couple of months back. £3000 ono. If anyone is interested or knows anyone who might be interested please direct message me and will give further info. Thank you
I’ll give you grand for it if you’re not. Re the South East, you have my every sympathy visit there on occasion and always glad it’s a visit.
Got to bang on 200 ‘outdoor’ miles today, a little ahead of schedule another 30 or 40 tomorrow if the weather stays fair.
