I had a phone call from Ducati many months ago to confirm my address. They said something would be sent to me but no clue as to what or when. Today I got a delivery from Ducati:
Five in total: four 1200s and now a V4. I posted a write up of my first 10 years on a Multistrada back in November 2020. I traded in the 1200S MY2017 for a V4S back in July last year. My total mileage is now nearly 80,000 miles, 4,000 on the V4 which unfortunately I didn't get in time for the 2022 European Multistrada Meeting - my fault as I changed my order in March for the new white colourway. Luckily it arrived just in time so I could run it in and get the first service done before a tour of a small bit of Norway with the wife.
Nice, and good to hear that Ducati do really appreciate your loyalty as a customer. Model is not dissimilar to the one that I won in a Ducati competition a few years back.
That looks great, and what a nice thing for Ducati to do. BMW should take note, as I’ve had over a dozen GS’s, and got naff all from them!
Well, I have been with Ducatis since 2007, and they are all new, but it must be that in Spain we do not have a category to receive any gift, Congratulations to the winners
Recognition from Ducati for your loyalty to the brand, well deserved and a nice touch. I received similar of my Monster Anniversario and the last couple of years a personalised calendar, as said, differentiates Ducati from other brands.

When I ordered my new Multi it appeared on the ‘My Ducati’ app. Pretty sure keeping your garage updated is how Ducati track you and reward with gifts..
Unexpected, but much appreciated. I think I'd prefer if Ducati stopped doing this sort of thing and just fitted some stainless fasteners instead
That might be what all those missed calls from Italy last year were about. Must have missed the call 5 or 6 times. I did ring back once and talked to someone with zero English (same as my Italian) so gave up.
I had mine exactly the same delivered yesterday. Thought it was a scam when I spoke to an Italian lady asking to confirm my address details a few weeks ago. She said it was loyalty and a limited edition but not sure how limited it will be! I've had four new Multi's the latest being the Pikes Peak and its the V4 that gets you this. Oh, and my name is also Steve so maybe they just like the name
My friend Graham had lots of missed calls too last year. He did get hold of Claudio’s secretary in the end and he received his model about 2 weeks later.
