You may be lucky, you may not. The first of the two Donington rounds of the BSB is the weekend immediately before the Ducati day but you still might get SuperSport riders out. The Donington Ducati day after lockdown had a good dozen TriOptions cup riders and amateur racers, some of whom lacked patience with the Ducati day riders. Andy

This ^^^ it’s great fun being out with real fast guys. They come past, you get held down and try and stay with them at least a few corners. Loved it!

 

And when you do something they don’t expect or don’t allow for …… you get all sorts of abuse. Not for me. Andy

 

Tri-options is no more ain't it? So won't be an issue.

 

Yes but the Ducati Panigale V2 qualifies for the BSB SuperSport class and it’s a new bike to the riders. I’m sure any opportunity to learn the bike, even if they use a road legal V2, would be jumped at, this early in the season. Andy

 

Hahaha on one of the days I used the multi I would have everything scraping the ground and some of the overtakes were close as I couldn’t change my line at all, totally on the edge…I just kept my line and my 220kg bike pushed them out But I am (then anyway) very comfortable being arm to arm with another rider and sharing leathers….
