He’s a plumber, probs charges £300 per day. £300 a Month is nothing to him he can easily lose that setting it against his taxable income.
I'd agree, but think better to pay 25% tax on it and buy something more fun with those monthly payments.
I agree, but some like an all singing and dancing work van. Let’s be honest he probably doesn’t declare all his income. For sure my mate doesn’t and many others in the property business don’t.
GTV500, reading the advert smallprint it's a hard sell by the looks of things. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/20423925...lY/R+0zkgBgg8f+6nVdrJkNA==|tkp:Bk9SR7bJ5c3IYQ

It's a basket case IMO and very doubtful it’s anything other than a 996 that had stuff thrown at it and there’s no plaque. Andy
I agree, it is in need of some real TLC. Can’t see why people are bidding it up as much as they have. It’s not economically viable for sure
I don’t think so (re mates bidding up). I did contact the seller when this first went on. Given the fact that the advert is scant in detail but there are some clues I arranged to go and view. The seller was very open to this. To check if it actually is a foggy. Which it might be. Might well be actually. But. Bidding got silly so I contacted him again earlier today and cancelled my viewing. The frame number is very interesting. The carbon fairings are a negative. Why? Originals are where?? It’s a full resto on a non runner (which it may or not be) and no mention of any history. I could well be wrong but I’m not 100% sure the first foggy bikes had a plaque. If it is a first edition foggy once restored properly it would be worth a lot of money. If it’s not then it’s a fooking disaster as bidding is already north of £5k. Budget minimum of £4-£6k for resto depending on your personal skill level/inclination. But go see it and check before bidding would be my council.
this bike has certainly got all of our attentions and was hoping a true Anorak would come up with the correct details by now. The fact that the Italians did create a muddly minefield as regards VIN number interpretation at that time probably goes some way to explain why no-one has nailed a flag to a mast yet - i.e. - is it or isn't it an SPS??.... ZDMH100AAVB00 I believe.
Seem to remember if 4 character is H it's a homologation special? But none of it really looks right to me.
