For Sale Ebay Bikes

  1. My guess, is the vender is trying to recoup some of the money spent on the ‘individual’ looks. One man’s meat is another man’s poison and all that. Looking at the current market place, asking dealer money without dealer facilities. Also getting in to 2010/11, 1200 Multistrada territory for not much more money and whilst I know it will offend some, the Multistrada is a far better ride IMO, based on owning an ‘02 ST4s for 10 years and owning a ‘12 Multistrada for 11 years and covering 5 times the miles. 3. Yes. You’re right. It’s a Mark 2. Only Mark 1’s are good.

    Bit like 749r’s

  5. ^^^^ I do not think it is MOT exempt - it's a 1990 bike, I may be wrong but exemption applies after 40 years I thought.

  8. Hey everybody.

Please be careful of this 900ss, it has a cracked frame near the headstock in the usual place - top tube, left hand side. I nearly bought it last year but spotted the crack on collection (After wasting over £90 on insurance and an HPI check!). At the time the seller claimed they didn't know about it.

I have messaged the seller and they have confirmed the crack has not been fixed. In fact, they don't think there is a crack at all, but there is. Frustrating.
