It's 30° in the shade. I seem to be edging my drive in the sun. What sort of moronic idea is that? I'm sweating like a racehorse that has just won the Grand National. There is time for summer gardening and 2pm in the afternoon is not it. But now I've started.... I suppose I'll have to finish. After a beer.
Went to Costa with lady friend at work. Talked about how our miserable relationships werent going anyway and laughed about ditching them all and running off on holiday abroad. lololololol.
No sex. She is getting married in September. The way she goes on about her fella it's a wonder they are getting married at all
Ordered a used speedometer from eBay as my 996 has arrived to the country and I need to change the speedo to show Mph instead of Kph, ordered some bolts for the fuel cap, called American Express fraud dept as someone has ordered 1,300 quid worth of stuff on my card, spoken to HMRC regarding VAT on the 996 and arragned for the 996 to be delivered to my house.

Getting married is an irrational decision at the best of times. If you don't think your projected other half is the best thing since sliced bread before you begin, God only knows what things will be like in 5 years time.
been out to fix some air con in some computer office, then a pub coldroom and spent all afternoon doing invoice letters and payment reminder letters, not my favourite of jobs
Went to Portsmouth today with Mrs Mervyn.Gave ourselves a fright and went up the Spinnaker Tower, neither of us are good with heights. We dared each other to stand on the glass floor and neither of us would cry off,so we did that. Then we took a trip round the harbour looking at what is left of the Royal Navy. Was a good day
Picked up gixer and found out we have massive damp problem in our brand new kitchen! Hoping theres a burst pipe somewhere so insurance covers it..
Keeping my fingers crossed for you Bradders. I had damp in the cellar for ages which I was finally able to prove can from a broken pipe. After redecorating the downstairs and washing paintbrushes and rollers in the scullery (I suppose that's how you'd translate "buanderie") for 10 days, the wall in the cellar suddenly started sweating white. Brilliant news! All paid for by the insurance!
