So what have you done today..?

  1. Despite the weather I decided to go to the Ardingly show today, in the Landie not by bike.

1930s/40's theme in the show 'barn' was great, lots of Flat Tank bikes which I find fascinating.
Then of course several large Barns full of other peoples pre-loved junk, which is great to wander round and find that elusive part you've been looking for, except as usual it was all mainly British stuff.
I did however pick myself up a new(to me) pair of really good quality 6" dividers for £3.50.
Oh and the usual stupidly expensive Coffee and Hot dog.

  6. Very little. Changed the clocks in the house/cars/bike. Watched all the Moto GP racing. Watched the England football match.

  7. Watched the Moto2 race, then because it was a perfect biking day, dry, bright & sunny, I went out on the bike for a good 110 miles blast, which was just what I needed. Then went out for dinner before settling down at home and watched the MotoGP race. Overall a very good day.

  9. Had a total mare today trying to do the brakes on an RSV I’m hoping to use on track, as soon as I loosened the fork pinch bolts one snapped, so spent 3 hours drilling it out and tapping it, still have to do the same with the mudguard bolts.

the forks are pitted also, it’s got some great parts about the bike (the engine) but it needs a good going over

  12. I rode out to Melton Mowbray this morning along the A6006.What a lovely morning it has been.Due to my medical condition it’s almost two years since I have ridden a bike and riding is very important to me.With it being a smaller new bike it took a lot of concentration to get used to things again but I really enjoyed myself.

  13. First thing this morning I washed the Scrambler after I’d done 220 miles on it yesterday. Then I checked and pumped the tyres up on the Panigale and my car.

I’ve just been for a walk in the village. The sun’s shining and it’s not too cold
