Well picked up my new SF V2 this morning haven't done too many miles as yet as its unseasonably cold..Will try again tomorrow was like a kid at Christmas today..
Congrats, I love mine. Lots of SF V2 chat on this thread. Keep us updated with how you get on with it!
First 100 miles done still just in road mode while I run it in a little, great handling suspension not too hard for me coming from a 10yr old 848SF. Taking some getting used to the exhaust note when in 3rd doing 30mph feels like an electric bike no noise.!.brakes are immense so much stopping power.need radiator covers as there already getting hit by all the crap on the roads. Love the auto indicators.lots of grut midrange as expected. So far so good and so much more to come..
Well after a 200+ miles rideout over north Yorkshire with like minded ducati riders,I can confirm that for me this V2 SF ticks lots of boxes no back or bum ache and a ĵbig grin on my face, quick shifter can be a little clunky when going from 1st to 2nd.loads of mid range power and so good on the twisties when the bike truly feels at home leave it in 4th and just roll on and off the throttle with so much engine braking no need to hits the brakes fantastic.only 300 more miles until we're run in..whoop..pics curtesy of a member of ducati owners West Yorkshire division breath taaking views/roads..
I’m glad you’re enjoying it. I find that you need to be in the right gear when doing an overtake, as it’s not massively torquey, but when you get it right, this thing flies!
