Hi All, Great forum, thanks to all and the admins. I'm planning on buying a 2018 Monster 1200S and I'm wondering if anyone knows of a suitable topbox and windscreen I could use for the occasional touring. I think it's going to make the bike look a little weird but I'm more interested in convenience. Also, riding in the city, the topbox is really handy for storing helmet and gloves. Thanks for any advice you might have.
hepco and Becker make a rear rack for the monster, i suppose you just need the plate for make of top-box you decide on.i don't know if MRA do a screen for the monster https://www.hepco-and-becker-luggage.co.uk
I’d go with the SW Motech saddles bags instead. The racks are less intrusive when the bags aren’t on the bike.
Yes, I think you are right, I want the storage primarily for a lid, if I can find a top box, that would work better.
