  1. Ducati need to take a leaf out of bmw’s book we as customers are funding them
My mate paid and Waited 3 months for fog lights for his v4s no apologies from a Ducati dealer
    BMW offer tea cofee

  2. I couldn't have asked for better customer service than I got from Snells recently Including coffee.

It will make me feel like a traitor when I visit the much closer to home soon to open Bournemouth branch.

  3. I have used MR many times for parts, Craig is a star.

  4. Better than that, mate got given a loan bike RNineT when he took his S1000M in for it’s first service and a bike every other time it’s been taken in. Unfortunately his experience with Ducati is less than thrilling, unless that was confined to just the one dealer.

For balance though my experience with a service only dealer was excellent and should I acquire a Ducati again I’d certainly revisit.

  5. Another "me too" positive comment for Craig (and Luke) in their parts dept, they're always so chipper.... even if you're having a bad day, picking up the phone to those guys and ordering 4 washers makes everything ok again!

Andy in their service dept was also very helpful to me when i was needing some advice on a 749R purchase last autumn

  6. Craig and Luke really nice to talk to and they will sort out any parts you need with a 5* approach. Servicing however.........I could get banned from this forum for the number of expletives' I would use to describe that approach. After chasing for 3 weeks or so with the promise of a call back etc. etc. I have opted to use another dealer. I won't be dealing with them again.

  7. Totally agree! Craig and Luke are brilliant. Would deal with any others there no matter what…

  8. Apart from my two Ducatis, I’m now also the owner of a BMW K1300S “whoosh machine”, which I took in for a checkup today to my (fairly local) BMW main dealer. The contrast with my local Ducati dealer (whom I won’t use again) is chalk and cheese. Fast, professional service, tea/coffee and seats for waiting, pleasant sales folk who were only too happy to spend time.
In contrast Ducati we’re rude, ignored me, inflated the service cost, and generally couldn’t be arsed.
Which explains why I may have to travel 3 hours+ for my next Panigale service
