Long shot but don’t suppose the previous owner of this very trick if not a little sorry for itself SF 1098S is on the forum by any chance? Can’t be many SF’s out there with desmocidici forks on them. Only asking as I appear to be the bikes new custodian (and no, I’m not selling the forks)
yeah the goodies are what drew me to it. Looks like it’s been cared for, hence why I thought the previous owner might be a forum member. It’s not your average SF. Ill probably be breaking it as there’s a couple of bits I want for my track build, If I can get them to fit hopefully picking it up next week.

Morning Mike, yeah it is. Just deciding whether to have the white number board and pin stripes removed and the piece re lacquered… as ducati intended.
Unit is in good shape, some of the gold and red lines have come off in one area. The unit had a venture shield on it which I’ve removed (presume it had been on for some time) and the carbon is pretty much unmarked underneath if you’re interested feel free to make an offer on it. The Mrs was going on again this morning about me getting rid of stuff as apparently Ducati parts in every room isn’t ideal!? In fact make an offer on the wife if you want
