Stripped SRAM cassette from my lads MTB, a spacer had broken. After much realigning the cogs to get them on the freehub wheel refitted and working a treat.
After watching the BSB we caught the highlights of the women's Paris-Roubaix, you have got to feel for some of them, especially the rider who went down in the velodrome right at the end. There will be some bruised aching riders this morning. Very exciting finish, will be watching the mens tonight.

Well done bud, it seems you were on the big ring all the way round. Impressive heart rate too, think I’d have been bouncing off the rev limiter. I’m tempted to get into some kind of shape and have a go next year with my lad. Again chapeau
Cheers, Yeh its certainly a big ring course unlike Tour of Flanders. You’d be surprised the various levels ( fitness, bike skills and bike etiquette) of riders out there. Because its so flat as long as you don't mind it possibly turning into a long I reckon just being commuter fit you’d be fine. The bike of choice over there is a split between 29er hard tail mtbs or chunky tired gravellers. I did see few classic steel racers with skinny skinny tyres but they were suffering.
