  1. I agree but they dont sound anywhere near as sexual as the termis and i also found my old one didnt run or feel as sweet as with them fitted (maybe just a mental thing).

  5. Just noticed on that bike the under seat heat shield is missing, your arse won’t thank you for that
Not too keen on the non standard “red” front mudguard

  6. its fine if it comes with original seat, mudguard and heat shield but if they are missing thats a red flag defo

  7. Good spot(s)!

  8. Different front mudguard could be a sign of “o crap, forgot disc lock was still on” scenario. Check discs are fine:upyeah:

  9. Agree with you there! My one had the comfort seat and still used to feel the heat even with the heat sheild in place.

  10. I had Termi's fitted to the 899 I had, if I'm honest I was a little underwelmed after how much they cost.

  11. I do think the 899 rides better with the Termis but not sure I’d let it be a deal breaker, especially if u want to do a trackday

  12. Yeh they aren’t cheap and quite frankly I had a right rigmarole getting them fitted/correct link pipes etc which is why I’m not keen to go through it all again.
Def found my old 899 (‘13) ran better with them though especially around town.

  13. Round town!!! Looking at your reflection in shop windows.:D

  14. You save 2kg in weight with Termi end cans.

  15. And you save 6.2 kgs with a set of BST carbon wheels,..best mod ever ;)

  16. was reminded how heavy the wheels are the other week when I changed my tyres, wow.... certainly about twice the weight of the R1 Cast Mag wheels I'm used to!

Shame that all the prices on aftermarket wheels are absolutely eye watering at the mo, the OZ Piega's for example when I looked the other week were £500 more than a 12 months ago.

  18. My fag packet maths when I swapped to the BST’s..complete wheels, everything except tyres on them :upyeah:
