  1. My English language skills arn't up to scratch, but who cares.:)

  2. Nah, just your typing faster than you’re thinking, we all do it, well some of us but we live as imperfects in an imperfect world.:)

  3. Let's hope i don't do that on the motorcycle when in the groove.

  4. Tend to agree generally, only having some fun when I comment :) - it must rile a few retired Engrish Teachers though i'm sure.

  8. The Responder - BBC iplayer - 2 episodes in - excellent - troubled Liverpool cop brilliantly played by Martin Freeman - sometimes a bit difficult to untangle the scouse accent /dialogue

  9. I enjoyed it.

  10. Started on Why Didn’t They Ask Evens

Written and directed by Hugh Laurie, this impeccably stylish Agatha Christie murder mystery is packed with stars and takes a much jauntier tone than most other adaptations of the crime writer’s beloved novels. Nice lad Bobby Jones (Will Poulter) discovers a man dying at the foot of a sea cliff whose final words are: “Why didn’t they ask Evans?” Bobby and his bored posh pal Lady Frances Derwent (Lucy Boynton) – whose parents are comically played by Jim Broadbent and Emma Thompson – start their own investigations into what the dead man was on about. First aired on BritBox last year, the three hour-long episodes run throughout this week.
Not quite The Night Manager but ticks over at a nice pace.

  11. Colin from Accounts:

Ashley is a medical student who has just been dumped. Gordon runs a micro-brewery and has always been unlucky in love. The two are thrust together when, distracted by Ashley's actions, Gordon hits a stray dog with his car.

  19. A strange presentation, which the missus avidly watches but like you I failed to make head or tail of it so inevitably I fell fast asleep for the last two episodes being bored to say the least.

  20. Sounds gripping!

Don’t be putting any spoilers in there!
