I had a fantastic ride in glorious sunshine, it was one of those rides where everything was just perfect, which was great, especially when a guy in a Maserati who when he spotted in his mirror fast approaching and indicating to pass him, then tried to out run me, I give him a gently wave as I passed him on the coast road around the Ards Peninsula, in County Down. I do love this bike.
I was having a nice warm sunday afternoon snooze when the government woke me up by texting me........bastards i'll have to give them a moody mobile phone number like many millions of other folk in the UK hat were disturbed today.

Up in Scotland for 6 days, just had 3 days in Selkirk , Oban tomorrow, then Pitlochry then back to Selkirk and home Thursday Today however has been wetter than an Otter’s pocket ! Me at the front on the Kawasaki workhorse… Really cold as well, the frost warning went off on the dashboard….3c ! Bike is absolutely filthy will take me days to get it clean, all I can say is thank god for Gore-Tex and heated grips!
