Nice to see the seller’s address on all the receipts on this monoposto (with steel subframe…) https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/28525970...BpiPVGIxWRoWvruGbn2nXZig/y|tkp:Bk9SR6C1uLT6YQ
Ducati 1098s Tricolore, a very nice example by the looks of things. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/25603599...4ayFfFMoqYPyZ4sn9CVk/y9CvF|tkp:Bk9SR8b1zd_6YQ
1981 900ss in black, this might be a bargain, but that all depends on his or her's reserved price set. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/32563870...JeixfqZ7wZczj2a99XSkSeZvWg|tkp:Bk9SR-D-qrH7YQ
Anybody into the white framed 1991 Ducati 900ss, perhaps this could be the one for you. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/33485695...8n1Hbi5y+l/bmPIEmO1nRbEA==|tkp:Bk9SR4zW84L8YQ
Bargain ? For a bike that has been “a stablemate of a collection”, the amount of corrosion is not a good sign. Andy
Wonder what this will go for, and if it will get ridden or left as is - destined to be a 'Collectable' for ever: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/275831305881?hash=item4038d3b699:g:JiAAAOSwmRpkUgtv&amdata=enc:AQAIAAAA4HY6kieYCECRb3JGKpgzeFca/queXgYF563n2ncgZzk8NW2Ho/KUbNQ9uvS8F0oec7qrvCWLehTztpwNWKHtqQDsIW9bJT+5tBBK7y84dR6eM5age3TKYfUHEOEgb7DW9Z5Wa5EizGz3191V24BApb/wiD5ONlSkoXOLvj4f5cY5y5d5zRpCCCPSkwHbKf88SLqdPY25uUugqQDFw3XL0d89PCa1Idm7BKlS9jcw/fjx7EyqR+O5Sg+Tb7SRz9r1RABJZLScV3RGlYbbPmyWYjjUhkiVsnsNN1etY7EL1J58|tkp:Bk9SR96yspj8YQ
IMO, I don’t think the Panigale V4 Speciale was/is or will be a “collector’s” bike. With a slightly different paint job, Rizoma tat, and a numbered top yoke, it’s just not “special” enough. And being pedantic, the seller wouldn’t have paid £43K for it if bought new from a dealer because it isn’t a Magnesio. Specifying the Marchesini magnesium alloy wheels is what took the rrp to £43k. Andy
^ interesting to see how the "still in crate" bike has lighter colour bands on the centre of both tyres - that must have been before loading at the factory mustn't it.
Probably Tried to find where I posted photos of mine in the crate to compare but failed miserably. Andy
I'm not sure it's genuine or not, bikes in collections without mot's for many years not on the road can be manipulated.
and the next one.. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/385584891207?_trkparms=amclksrc=ITM&aid=1110006&algo=HOMESPLICE.SIM&ao=1&asc=20200818142055&meid=58272f39d0014f9f9d185c7e96531831&pid=101110&rk=1&rkt=12&sd=266243042691&itm=385584891207&pmt=0&noa=1&pg=3458402&algv=DefaultOrganicWebV9BertRefreshRanker&_trksid=p3458402.c101110.m1982
A quick search for ‘Panigale in crate’ shows crates being opened in dealers with same tyre markings, so quite possibly the the more upmarket genuine factory ‘Borgo dirt’. Still not sure why the chap is reloading the cardboard box into the crate though? Not sure if the £40k is realistic though, time will tell…….
