  1. Didn’t think I’d be contemplating letting this go anytime soon but a new project has reared its ugly and expensive head and I’m having a hard time saying no to it…

It’s a 959 with 1299 ‘Full electrics’ with a Translogic shifter / blipper, colour dash, correct bbs and matching abs pump. Everything works perfect with no error codes. The braking is superb on this due to the 1299 abs pump coupled with the 330mm brand new HPK Brembo discs and M50 callipers.
The colour scheme is a one off which Ducati UK commissioned to Rage designs and was used to showcase a show bike they had at the time. Since then, I’ve bought the Tamburini large capacity tank (21Ltre) and fitted that but the original tank is included in the sale. Overall, all the bodywork is in excellent condition.
The bike is showing 10,500 miles ish but the correct mileage is 3,500 miles less and this is because of the 1299 dash and bbs, so about 7,500 miles. This changed is backed up by Ducati Manchester and also through the old mots.
I can’t even remember all of the special parts I’ve fitted but the total comes in at over £25K.
Brand new BST wheels, HPK discs, Spider WSBK rearsets, clip ons… Ohlins steering damper, DB Race alloy, foldable mirrors, Jet Prime start switch and throttle housing. Just about brand new Superleggera forks and 1299R rear shock fitted with a Podium Racing shock linkage with adjustable ride height. Loads of carbon fibre and most bolts replaced with titanium.
I had the 1299 ecu remapped to suit the 959 engine and the fuelling is spot on.
Get in touch for more details as this is just a small part of all the extras fitted.
    Offers around £17,775.

  3. It’s a beauty for sure, I’m also surprised that you’re selling it
Would far, far rather have this than a new V2 which is about the same price now GLWS

  4. Thanks Poucher. Yes, a cracking bike and probably a bit over specced but I’ve decided to go back in time, again and start work on another Tamburini bike.

  5. looks lush, did you get the termis painted??

    if so how

  6. Cerakoted. Did the full system.
It is a good finish and is holding up well on the cans. It is beginning to wear through on the bends at the manifolds. But just a bit…

  7. I can’t quite believe that you are selling this. It’s going to make someone a very, very happy person.
    GLWS :upyeah:

  10. Just brought her outside to give it a quick going over before going into Ducati Manchester where it can be viewed properly. :)

  18. Apologies for what i imagine is a(nother) daft question but have you put a 959 engine in a 1299 frame there? If so, what was thinking behind it (apart from because you felt like it lol)? Is there a build thread?

Bike looks epic btw would love those wheels for my 899 if you ever want to part it/sell them separately.

  19. Funny you should say that! :)

  20. It’s a 959 in its original frame btw. Just 1299 running gear, electrics…

    Ian
