I like a good tasty blue cheese, Stilton, blue shroppy etc...on a trip to the Spanish Picos a few years ago i bought some of their local blue cheese called IIRC Cabrales?, very oozy and almost black ,the taste was out of this world, i've seen it in some delis in Uk but it never tastes the same.

Nice to see all this cheese eating going on. It’s good for the dairy industry and to be encouraged. Even if I do say so myself!
Im a sucker for bavarian smoked cheese on a cracker. But my fave is actually in keeping with Wallace and Gromit - Wensleydale (only the proper real stuff mind).
