Enjoying some bloody expensive truffle-flavoured Manchego for the last couple of weeks. Fine slivers of it only tho'

 

Cheese with truffle in is delightful. Unless it’s goat cheese, which is the work of satan himself.

 

I once had fries garnished with truffle oil and it smelled (and therefore presumably tasted) like dog sh!t, so I’ve never been brave enough to try any thing truffle related again.
