No idea yet, but reckon it'll land weekend/Monday, then add some bits and all will be revealed by the bin area...
Another wonderful day. Chair lift ride in Cochem. Steak dinner, loving life, shame it's back to normal monday
Ordered a bottle of Laphroaig Cairdeas 2023, bought some new golf shirts then rehung the pictures on the newly plastered and painted front room wall, ready for the delivery of Mrs. GG's Yamaha CSP150 tomorrow.
Technically yesterday but I drove 300 miles back from my brother's in Cornwall too SE Essex in 4hr 35m - a bloody record (for me at least). Weather was stunning there, came home to cloud and a NE wind - brrr!
Stripped and washed the bedding from the guest room, then ironed it and put it back on. Made lunch. Then did my first pass of packing for my trip to Scotland this weekend on the Multistrada. No doubt I’ll be repacking about 6 times before I leave on Friday morning
Wet over to Rhayader to watch motocross last night, some very fast lads and ladies! Day off today so cleaned and lubed the V4r and just about to start on the R1
CSP 150. She's a complete novice and can't read music, but when we were at a friend's house, he had one & showed her how the drop lights worked on it. Within 20 minutes she was playing stuff that you could recognise. Every time she talked about it afterwards she lit up, so with retirement looming it will hopefully be a new hobby. As to the friend, I'm trying to lose him. Visited twice; it cost me a garden swing seat first time and a Clavinova the second time, I can't bloody afford a third visit...
That’s brilliant, it’s never too late to start learning, the clavinova range are a great starter, I’ve just got a 745 to replace my old upright and really impressed with it, she’ll be serenading you in no time!
Stupidly caught my big toe under the cooker door and it sliced into my nail and across just below the quick oooouch
