Yeah, I bought one of these… Perfect for home use and I added proper biscotto stones on the floor, for Neapolitan style pizza, yum, yum! You should definitely get one…then in future if you are selling some of your larger sized gear, it might fit me
Weber. Don’t even consider anything else. A Weber bbq, looked after, will last forever. And they come with flavourising bars, which the meat drips onto, then steams back into the meat. You don’t get the charcoal flavour, per se, but you do get a much nicer flavour than cooking indoors.
I daren’t! I did buy a couple of pizza stones for our bbq, which cook pizza in about a minute, so I’ll stick to that for the time being.
Useful. I have two Webbers one regular size which has been my go to for years and a more recent Smoky Joe for the camper van Both are great and have their place. I’ll check out Webber gas fired as I’ve been happy with their quality.
Out into town tonight to try out a new restaurant, so I don’t know what exactly I’ll be having until I get there. Lovely evening for it.
this is uncanny, I've just struggled with two Webbers all the way to London and back. these are both oversize and that is the main problem.
Saw this on a James Martin show over the weekend (although he did it with blue cheese dressing which i will be too later on) Barbecue Steak with a Wicked Treacle Glaze | The Quirk and the Cool
