Expensive, but the benefits are instantly noticeable, as well as at the end of a long ride. It was almost stange getting off the bike with no hand discomfort. I've also ditched the ugly padding and double wrapping from the top of the bars.
Has anyone been watching the series, Tour de France Unchained on Netflix ? Im planning on watching it next week on a flight, if I can work out how to download it.
30 odd off road miles of full suss mtb. Good to peddle in this aft up here, not too hot and a bit of cloud cover....
It does, possibly one of the best MTB frames mass produced frames. Bought on a whim from eBay it’s fairly original, I don’t much ride it these days. Used for popping to local shops, hasn’t been used off road it quite a long time. 29/27.5 wheels have pretty much put paid to the 26 wheel option.
Had a good week on the bike, 107 miles, which is the second week on the bounce that I’ve exceeded my weekly target of 75. Today was just a 22 mile pootle along the valley, more importantly it was to accompany a mate who has prostate cancer, a bit of exercise plus good for our mental health. I also started the conversation about our big ride for my 60th next year.
