Take your Wife as pillion, that must suck 110% of the joy out of the ride. However fir balance I do let my Wife clean my riding gear and bike after every ride, ‘caring is sharing’ is my life motto.
Many years ago as a family we went on our first caravan touring holiday to the south of France. My dad got increasingly concerned about the noises he heard coming from the car as he drove, these would often get louder when he slowed down. Eventually he realised it was just the cicada’s and crickets at the side of the road that he was hearing.
