***Offer Exclusive to Subscribed Members Only*** I've been a subscribed member of this forum for a few years now, a forum that has support me and my Roadlok UK business since I started, so I wanted to give something back by offering "Subscribed Members" an 8% discount when they purchase any Roadlok unit from me. I've sold several Roadlok's to members over the years and I hope they feel I looked after them with their purchase and aftercare. Earlier this year I supported "Bike Social" approach me and asked if I would support them testing the Roadlok to destruction and support them fitting a Roadlok to the GSA they have on long term test by suppling two Roadlok units so they could be tested and reviewed. The review link - https://www.bennetts.co.uk/bikesoci...and-locks/roadlok-review-motorcycle-disc-lock This review win 2023 was positive and coincided perfectly with the launch of my website www.roadlokuk.co.uk early 2023. ****VOTED THE BEST DISC LOCK ON THE MARKET IN MAY 2024!**** Roadlok also has the European ART 4 Certification, 5 being the highest certification. The website at this time isn't setup to allow me to issue discount codes, so any purchases, questions or enquires can be made by contacting me via the conversations option on the forum. As I'm informed when I receive a message I can monitor contact daily, bar weekends depending on family commitments. The XRA307 Roadlok fits most Ducati's and is available in a choice of three colours - BLACK, RED & GOLD as pictured. BLACK Roadlok's £209.96 retail - Forum subscribers pay - £189.96 RED & GOLD Roadlok's £219.96 retail - Forum subscribers pay - £199.96 ****The Roadlok comes with 1x Barrel DUST Cover - I'll provide 2x Extra Dust Covers (three in total, including the one that comes with the unit) as part of the Subscriber Discount Deal, so an extra £3.98 saving**** The discount is for SUBSCRIBED MEMBERS only and all prices included signed for / tracked UK postage. ***PAYMENT CAN ONLY BE MADE VIA BANK TRANSFER OR CASH ON COLLECTION***
I bought one from Chris a couple of years back - Roadlok has been flawless and service second-to-none.
Are the coloured ones available - ever? i bought a gold one for my mate years ago while i was in the states....ever since then its been any colour as long as its black...
The other night some toe rags broke into a garage I share with another bike owner. The toe tags were seen and knew the police had been called, so I note they moved my bike slightly and saw the Roadlok and chain on, my mates bike just had a flimsy chain in and they decided to steal that bike. A lot of extra door security etc going in, but those bloody cordless grinders are a nightmare to defend against.
I've been stocking the RED & GOLD Roadlok's for a while now, over a year. I'm currently out of GOLD as I sold out, but due stock within 10 days all being well.
Roadlok did make a Roadlok for Harley Davidson bikes that mounts on axial callipers, but they never did it for any other make of bike. Maybe its something they may do in the near future as there is a market for them.
Wanted to thank Billy, he sorted me out with a black Roadlok which I have just fitted to my diavel v4, there is literally no storage space for a lock, but wanted some deterrent on show.
Love my roadloc; though it could do with improvements. Just like a heinz red/brown sauce crisscross spout a plastic shroud should stop crud from ingress into mechanism. The key way could also have a plastic notched slot to slide into it when big opening or closing with spring loaded escapement.
I know that & use it but it still actually allows dirt & shite into the mechanism & barrel. What it actually requires is o-ring style inner & outer protection as I mentioned previous.
I've amended the deal to support the forum and members during the "Bike Season", so this offer will end on the 30th September 2023 and resort back to the original offer. I've now done a flat £20 discount per unit and I'll throw in 2 extra Barrel Dust Covers worth £3.98. A total discount of £23.98. This offer is exclusive to this forum.
Thanks for the Roadlok Chris. Fits quite nicely, and looks great machining. Someone on a forum already said how they fitted it to their Mulsti V4, and I can confirm it worked a treat. Need the 90mm bolts, 19mm spacers between lock and caliper, and thin shim between bolt head and lock. This overall gives about a one milimeter extra thread, but it didn't bottom out. When the bolt was hand tighten, the lock was already not moving. Then torqued to 45NM. Pin engaged OK as well. Thumbs up.
