Congratulations!!!!...........thats the 49th and 50th time the words 'the real world' have been mentioned in a thread for a bike under 900cc!!!
Does this count as an over 900cc mention? http://ducatiforum.co.uk/f6/multistrada-gallery-61/index18.html
can you touch the ground? just for clarification the gsxr.........is it the 160hp 170hp 180hp or the 190...........
If you type this: http://www.ducati.com/bikes/superbike/899_panigale/index.do In to your web browser it shows the page name, the bit it prints in the tab on safari as 1199 Panigale and shows a 404 error. If you change the 899 bit to ANYTHING ELSE it just reads 'Ducati' Evidence of a place holder page?
Ducati.co.jp goes so far as to retain the 899 moniker but again changes to Ducati for any other value in the address
It's the same for all the international variants of the Ducati site, with an 899 place holder page. Some retain the 1199 Panigale page title and some go for 899 title. If you change the 899 part of the web address to any other value, numerical or otherwise it shows the title as 'Ducati'
http://www.autoevolution.com/news/d...ed-new-superbike-expected-for-2014-64653.html Pretty similar to the MCN article
In case any further proof was needed that the page exists... Here are two pictures of a site map generating site for Ducati.co.in for an 899 main page and an 849 main page. You'll notice the lack of results for the 849 page as there is no page on the server. The 899 page is a deliberately created page on the website which reads as a 404 error but is in fact a 301 and thus exists. Boom. Smoking gun, horses mouth etc etc. It's an 899 Panigale.
