As his ban was from all motorcycle related sport, I doubt he is anywhere near race fit and his experience is 4 years behind the times. IMO, there are better and younger riders than him looking for rides. Andy

They did advise him not to go against it but he did. The old i ate some dodgy meat has worn thin with governing bodies now. He is a top rider and i imagine hes been riding a lot and oiling himself up in the mean time
From what I understand it was Malaysian sponsors he pissed off as that’s where he was at the time and yeh blamed the +result on their food/culture. I also strongly suspect that’s why his ban was extended. Can’t be pissing off the pay lords can we, however backward their eating habits are.
And they’re only peds if they enhance your performance otherwise they’re just steroids for bulk and I’m pretty sure we can all agree bulk doesn’t equal results in motorcycle racing.
If you believe everything you read motorcycle racing is drab and boring and devoid of characters these days yet most people don’t want to give “Crazy Joe” another chance for admittedly a daft but ultimately nowhere near the worst mistake ever. Now that’s crazy.
