  1. That’s looks lovely with the Red bar tape. Owned a Cervelo when I was a Triantelope, shame I parted with it.

  3. Mended!
    New discs, pads and calipers.
Horrible job to bleed them - give me a twin line M4/RCS installation any day!

  10. I cleaned both bikes today and used the GCN chain cleaning in a jar, I refitted it with a connecting link, hope that’s going to be ok. The cleaning was excellent.

  13. 20230817_173131.jpg had a ride around the montane trail. This is the view looking over canmore with the trans Canada highway in the foreground. The haze is smoke from wildfires in BC.

  14. We have friends at Okotoks, stayed at Canmore and skied at Sunshine, it’s a wonderful location. We saw at first hand the devastation and the Herculean efforts by the emergency services last year in the US when we were riding through Utah. Stay safe

  15. 41 miles today, which I’m pleased with as my first reasonable ride since second dose of Covid. Also 2,000 miles for the year. Excellent Scottish eggs at Compton McRae, highly recommended if your near the A350 between Shaftesbury and Warminster.
