Just had blood taken to see what the medication changes have made to my cholesterol level and liver/kidney function. Given we were camping at Silverstone for 4 days, I'm expecting a spurious liver function result Blood pressure is all to cock so expecting a phone call Still, life goes on and about to tuck into a Pizza Express American hot Andy
Watching the free air show and numerous flash cars in Rhosneigr Fabulous weather, summer has finally arrived!
Been on the phone to check if an email I just received, telling me I had won in a “draw”, was genuine or a scam. Spoke to a very pleasant chap in Customer Services and it transpires I truly am the lucky recipient of a £500 voucher to spend on Clarke products at Machine Mart Happy day. Andy
Spent the day in the Lake District walking. The wife’s off work for the summer so I’m now roped into all sorts of stuff for the next few weeks!
Sold the Canoe I bought a few weeks ago, it’s been sitting there in the way and the wife has shown no interest in using it so I got rid. One less hassle off loaded
Rode out to Aberdyfi on my GasGas 700 SM with my lad. He’s a little concerned that he may need to work more hours to finance his very thirsty Aprilia MX125, 35mpg and the fully synthetic 2 Stroke oil…..
Today, and this last month it's finally dawning on me just how "depressed" the sales market (generalising) is right now. Sorry to sound all doom and gloom but i've been in denial up to now it seems and certainly feel for anyone relying on a sale for much needed capital.
just received this: – i'm just glad I already knew about this scam, and to be clear, please don't ring that number!
Really? I was in Ducati Alton, and there were a few 73 plate bikes ready to go out on 1st September, several sold bikes in the showroom, and lots of orders for new bikes on the books.
I nearly added more to clarify, there will always be sectors that are, or appear to be immune - a car I know well went for £42k recently where I thought it would only fetch £30 (jokes to follow inevitably)
