Motogp Le Man SPOILER

Discussion in 'Racing & Bike Sport' started by Imola, May 18, 2012.

  1. Heard that  And then all the apologies from the BBC

  2. Karma for zarco after taking Gino Rea out....and great to see Stoner racing Rossi; Stoner hasn't had to race much at all of late

  3. RdP. What can you say? Didn't even make it to the first corner. I have already said on here that the guy has a magnetic attraction to the ground. I really can't think why you'd employ him (unless you like keeping your mechanics on their toes).

  4. Dorna will bring in track sprinklers for the next race, will make for good viewing

  5. the wet race shows Rossi can ride a bike, he is a legend on a shed, if he was on the honda he would have been all over lorenzo like a cheap suit

  6. Dont you like it when Stoners words get twisted?

Got no idea what has been said but I can't see Stoner saying much about Rossi. Would not be surprised to hear he does interact much with the other riders. He his good mates with Chaz Davies, but he seems to be the kind of guy who has a few close friends, his family, knows what is important to him and doesnt worry about anyone else. Which is fine. Most people are like that.

I think he will say a lot about the rules and Dorna between now and October. Should be interesting.

  7. Thought it was his present employers who were the major movers and shakers in the formation of the rules for the past umpteen years?? Not much to complain about. I personally dont care who is winning as long as they are not on a Honda :upyeah:

  8. I know it was raining, and cal and dovi got a bit greedy but I'm just happy to see Rossi up there fighting with them and better a Duke on podium :)

  9. Oh and guted about Oliveira on moto3, is nice to see someone flying the Portuguese flag but his not having much luck :-(

  10. Just watched the race, the fight for 2nd was gripping. Nice to see a Ducati up there, an exciting race. :upyeah:

  11. That's really unfair once again by a bunch of piss poor jurnos. He's mellowed a lot over this last year and I think when I saw him in the BBC interview it really does just seem that he's had enough of the politics and bollocks from Dorna and various Team back stabbers (whomever they might be)

I think both Rossi n Stoner have a new healthy respect for each other, they genuinely looked sincere and happy with each other at the end of the race.

I would say I hope it rains at silverstone but I really want to go again this year and take the little un to her first GP, a nice sunny day would make that more feasible :)
