  1. Seems strange we’re in august and only halfway through the season and never been one of my favourite tracks but let’s see how we get on.
Can anyone see past ducati?
Need Bez to pull some points back in on Pecco if I’m going to bother booking Valencia lol.

  2. Current title odds

  3. Strewth! Lucky there’s “one or two” long straights to get a nice breeze up your leathers!

  4. MotoGP™ Class Sporting Regulations – Effective immediately
Clarification of entry to Q1/Q2 if MotoGP™ Practice is cancelled:

MotoGP™ Practice is now the only session that determines entry to Q1 and Q2. In case this Practice session is cancelled on Friday afternoon, the Saturday morning MotoGP™ session will become Practice instead of Free Practice, and will determine entry to Q1 and Q2.

If it is not possible to run the Saturday morning session, then the results of FP1 will be used to determine entry to Q1 and Q2.

In the rare case that no practice sessions have been able to take place, this is deemed force majeure and Race Direction will adjust the schedule and procedure as required, considering the prevailing conditions.

  5. I am expecting at least two Ducati on the podium, with maybe a KTM or Aprilia…
    …Binder/Aleix.

  6. Nice to see FQ leading most of that first session.
    Some strange times though.
Miller in 22nd, Taka top Honda in 7th and Mir nearly half a second quicker than 93,
Feels like a bit of sand bagging was going on .

  7. Not for the first time but I suspect the Yamaha won’t improve in FP2 whereas the competition will. As for MM, he was relatively quick out of the box but seemed not to make any progress. Back to back rides with different aero packages then ran off circuit, then binned it. Even missed his braking point after a practice start. Are we really talking mind games to get out of his contract or is he in a slump ? Jack needs to pick his game up. Andy

  8. They’re just showing the 2016 race (ianone v dovi on the ducs and the maniacs first win) and they just said “no wings next year -2017”.

How long did that last and why did they allow them back?
    (No ride height devices either)

  9. Can't remember when but pretty sure in race, ride height adjustment is gone for 2024, which'll screw Ducati and KTM. Start line ride height stays IIRC. Andy

  10. I have a feeling the ride height rule is only going to be stopped during the race. not sure about the start. I thought i heard that somewhere.

  12. I read it too fast lol

  13. Honda shit bike blah blah blah yeh we get it but why’s taka 0.7 faster on one of the shortest circuits and currently sat in 6th while Mir and marquez are 18th and 20th respectively?

Marquez looks like his heads fallen off. Simple as.
    Mirs went a while back.

  16. “Gav” has not stopped talking about silly season all weekend and how repetitive it is and I’m nearly ready to volley my telly out the window.
Yeh like no shit mate. Stfu and if you can’t do that stop talking about next fucking year all the time when we’re not even halafway through the season.

He is to me what Haines and turkey teeth are to other well known forum members.

  18. I’ve had to resume play down my local where the tellys are too high up for my creaky old legs to reach.

  19. Very close times today between the front four rows.
Binder continuing to be consistent and Oliveira coming back to form…where would he have been without the injury he collected courtesy of Marc ‘the mobile grenade’ Marquez?
    Baggy showing his quality again.

12 minutes to go for the sprint.
    Time to get comfy :beer::beer:

  20. That was a cake walk for the Ducati rider.!
