Just out of curiosity, would a 200+hp SuperSport V4S be of interest? (Thumbnail as an example) Would you trade-in your Monster 1200 or any other Ducati for it? All comments welcome. Share your views.
Does a bike like the monster need 200hp ! 150 seems more than enough to me. It's hard to find anywhere you can use 150 never mind 200, apart from a track. Not for me. Happy with 150 hp
No, I test rode a V4s and it is a bit of a screamer, it has no roll on pull in top at 4k unless it'd in sport mode.
Have not rode a V4 yet just in case I like it to much. Saying that,it would have to be something special to beat the monster.
Same here. I have got to ride a streetfighter, not for the bike but for the engine. My dealer's demo is always sold by the time I want to ride one.
That is more likely than shoehorning a V4 into a small chassis. The V2 engine should also be in the latest version of the Monster, IMO. Andy
