Watching the match yesterday i'd noticed that a South Africa player stamped on a Irish player's hand at the breakdown and also Mark Hanson was taken out but didn't have the ball on both occassions, question's what was the TMO doing.?
I saw that also and it looked like one of those "Oh I didn't notice your hand was there" - one the Irish players did mention it to the referee who replied that he didn't see it...
Stevie Wonder has taken up refereeing by the looks of things, anyway the Welsh are in control at the minute which's a joy for us northern hemisphere folk. P.s has anyone purchased a new Defender yet.
Australia don't look to have a clue & appear to have given up. Pulled alongside one of the new Defenders at the lights & they are handsome motors in the flesh.
A magnificent performance from the boys in red, they should be very proud and i wish them well further down the line. As for Eddie, he removed his most experienced players from his team at such short notice, for my mind a blend of old & new is required at this level.!
Australia are finding out why Eddie Jones was let go by England, IMO, his tactics no longer work in the modern game. Andy
The big question's why didn't we do it sooner rather later, plus all the wonderful experienced coaching staff at different teams that we should've in England as we have the purse strings.
And of course there's Andy Farrell too - but ooo no... aren't they grubby ex RL players... perish the thought...
Normally you get a stamp on the hand if you are going into a nightclub, not sure why the players would be complaining about that?
........and if you get lucky later that night or in the wee hours you get stamped on again by a brunette & blonde.
Looking forward to seeing if I Azzuri can equal or better the draw they recorded against New Zealand in RWC 2019.
