BBC News - Virgin Media strikes deal with BT for sports channels Oh good,Liverpool FC on Saturday then Moto gp next season for me
Looks like I'm going back to BT broadband this weekend cos SWMBO wants to keep our email address which we've had for years. I get to see MotoGP and the footy next year, so it can't be all that bad
I have the XL virgin media package so assume I am now receiving BT sport free of charge? No mention of moto gp though Virgin Media - BT Sport and ESPN | TV channels | Virgin TV from Virgin Media
Its weird isn't it. BT win the MotoGP rights but don't even shout about it. I've just completed the switchover from Tiscali/TalkTalk this week which I was going to do anyway, but when I realised BT had GP coverage next year I figured it was a bonus.
That's why I set up my own domain. It only costs me about £30 a year and it means you're not tied to an ISP.
As a BT Internet user for many years I have just signed up to BT Sport, where Moto Gp is mentioned, the only problem is it wants to install Silverlight Digital Rights Management software on my computer. Can anyone shed any light (excuse the pun) on this ?
Virgin customers to get MotoGP - | Motorcycle Sport | MotoGP News | MotoGP Results | MCN Phew, all good
I've paid for it to go with my Sky package. However as I have Multi room I had to decide what room I want to watch BT sport i.e. Moto GP as they don't support Multi room. Talk about shit planning.
