The Ducati breather setup to address this has a connector that equalises the pressure in the crankcase and airbox to prevent exactly that. I had the issue on my 999r which once fitted completely resolved it.
This system is a Ducati Corse replica? Haven't seen anything similar fitted to any 749/999RS bikes...
