What music are you listening to ?

Never really been a fan of Evis... but this ain't bad. Good lord it's 70 years old....

 

I was looking for reviews of the PRS I'm buying and happened on this Thai guy, Vinai Trinateepakdee. Though this is on a Strat.

 

This is the PRS (that should be arriving in 3 - 4 hours), except mine's a green burst with an ebony board. So this is the vid that made me search his other vids, only to be blown away by the one above.


nb. there are folk on the PRS board complaining about the pickups on this model. One point of contention is that they're made in Korea, though the rest of it is made in the States. Well, methinks Korea has the hang of electronics and manufacture, even if Samsung are overly-enthusiastic about exfiltrating data.

I suspect the pickups only sound as good as the fingers on the strings.

 

That's the one that turned me on to them. Still my favourite, though whether because my first or their best, I don't know.

 

I like the idea of her. Not so much her music.
