I’d be surprised if they put 200bhp engine in. Not sure the chassis and geometry is built for that level of power but if people are prepared to open their wallets I doubt Ducati care all that much.
Your dealer has taken a deposit, but your order won't officially be placed to Ducati until its announced Thursday. In affect you've placed an order without knowing the full spec or even the paint / colour scheme.
Its going to be 180hp, but if you add the full system and performance oil it'll be boosted to 196hp. It's not confirmed if the current Akra full system can be used or if it will be a new system. This model will be numbered, but again its not confirmed if its just a numbered series like the Pani V2 Troy Bayliss or limited. My guess its just a numbered series, which imho isn't worth the engraving lol!
The Pani V2 Bayliss depreciates as fast as a regular V2, so a limited series would be preferable, depending on what premium it commands over a regular PP.
That’s what I thought. So, if this has the same engine, why are folk saying it needs Ducati Performance oil?
My money on a Multistrada V4 SP with 185 bhp with the same graphics as the PP only in Black. Tunnocks Caramel Log on it !!
I’ll change the odds …. SP or Anniversario edition. Why compete with BMW and 200bhp, Multi a better bike, period.
