Don’t for a second think that it’s just your country. It is the way of the modern world, from our “esteemed leaders,” right to the very bottom, it’s always somebody else’s fault.
As the saying goes- “ It takes a bigger man to apologise “ I just think that your average Brit is now selfish to the core I always try to do the right thing,…then call them a c@#t !
Agreed. Same here. The self-righteous prats in their cars are never wrong, and their arrogance knows no bounds. I see an air horn in the future of both the little Z and the Scrambler.
I was out in the mini yesterday down a dual carriage way in my lane to turn right at roundabout It slows into a 40 a lad was by the side of me and without any indication just swerved in front of me causing me to have to brake without hitting him I have noticed the standard of driving has got worse.
Yesterday i waiting in from 5pm to 6.45 for a ebay buyer to collect their won item from me, but they didn't rock up or send a text message explaining why they're such dickheads...................
Unpacked and completed the minimal assembly required of my new garage tool (toy ) that got delivered this morning. Andy
oooh Ducati coloured too, might be getting me a new one! I finally got round to stripping the 959 down, was holding off but after the other option fell through and deciding I cant justify paying for a V4S for about 5-10 days a year at the moment then my winter project has begun. Ill get a thread up on it once get a bit further, this first stage is time consuming as trying to keep everything and pack it up so its easy to work out how to put it back if I decide too, though doubt I ever will as this will probaby be my last track bike so ingwonder if its pointless and should just ebay it all already
Spent half a day traipsing around the shops, took the dog for a two hour walk around the local lake and built a flat pack bit of furniture.
Did a 4k swim today, making a total of 14km since Monday. Then an hour in the gym, back home to wash both cars, then had a cassoulet for dinner. I wasn’t doing to drink tonight, but my Mrs insisted on a couple of glasses of red to wash it down!
Took Son to indoor climbing wall, came home and his Kiesel custom guitar was delivered. There is even a bin in the picture for @Ducbird
Another swim/ gym this morning, followed by a rather nice seafood salad for lunch, then went to the cinema to see A Haunting in Venice, which was very good (even though I nodded off a few times!). Back home for a bit, before we go out for dinner & drinks.
Spent the day on a ferry crossing The Bay of Biscay in a gale, what fun! Not many people at breakfast and no-one at lunch. They’ve just announced the restaurant is open for dinner. I wonder if we’ll be able to get a table?
Flown home from Lanzarote. Bus turned up early, check in was a breeze, only 20 min late departing and managed to land on time. Shame we appear to have landed in Birmingham without my wife’s case that is likely either off to Amsterdam or still sunning itself in Arrecife….
