As you’d expect, I’m a triple dirty tart. The plates on the bikes weren’t too expensive, but the one for the car was bought through the DVLA auction, and was eye watering. I’ve not told a soul how much it cost!
I love a private plate and have sequential (sort of) on car and bike. My kids all get one when they pass their test too. I've had loads in my time, but do like quirky. Legally spaced is a must, but not everyone needs to know what it says. It's a selfish pleasure and good ones are a decent investment.
My boy has a personal plate Mine is almost personalised even though it's a generic one pity I can't have an I We have the same number in the plates which I only realised recently
Have one on the car, bought one for the bike. Wife found one which spelled my name, however it was £285K so a little over budget
Mine were relatively inexpensive……..they’re very relevant to my name so unless one of my cousins in Italy or Canada wanted them then they’re pretty much useless to anyone else
I had these carbon skinned (real carbon, not vinyl) a couple of years ago and left them on when I sold my bike to a mate. He’s flogging the bike so gave them back to me and popped them on the bike. They are the parts highlighted below… Sorry, no installed photo as it’s locked up in the garage, but they look great - old colour scheme was the Rallye, so the triple black works even better.
Got very sweaty kick (not) starting my project 'other' bike ... https://www.ducatiforum.co.uk/threads/help-starter-rollers-may-be-the-solution.97638/
