Morning folks, I have a 2019 Hypermotard 950sp and I’m looking for a head lift stand for it. Been looking online at most major brands and even been into my local dearlership they have an Oxford one but the pin size only goes up to 18mm. If I’m correct I measure the internal diameter of the yolk at 27mm? Any advice we’ll be great as I’m not sure if I can get a stand that works as I know the hypers front end is very different from other bikes. many thanks Rob
Not sure what you plan to do exactly but the ABBA stand has an attachment that will allow you to lift the front wheel off the ground. Not sure how much clearance you will get that way, but I guess enough for most things. Don't have my Hyper anymore, so can't check it for you.
The normal front stands lift from pins under the front forks but I’d rather take the weight off them also and have it so I can remove the forks also and get them serviced and re sealed if that makes sense?
If you know a friendly machinist, they'd easily be able to turn an adaptor for you to go from 18 to whatever you need.
