  1. Hi, can anyone recommend, or does anyone have experience of a track nose fairing for the 749?
Anyone got anything kicking about in the garage they want to move along?

I’d like to remove the headlight unit ideally and just starting out seeking a solution.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

  3. I'm just about an hour away from you, NN9. What have you got? do I need further brackets when I take the light unit out? any other info I should know? Thanks :upyeah:

  4. I'll check over weekend

  5. Cheers!

  6. I have an alloy 999/749 front fairing subframe - which you'll need if removing the headlamp unit.

As it happens I'm in HP3, not far from CR...

  7. That would be great domRusty! Looks like a serious bit of engineering.

  8. I've never fitted it as I didn't get as far as removing the headlamps - I mostly rode to trackdays. It's got some light scuff-marks but looks straight enough.

  9. Sounds just about perfect! Cream Revenge is also having a look in the garage this weekend so I could be onto a complete solution hopefully :upyeah: Do you have a rough idea of how much you want for it? Cheers

  10. I'd take £65 for it. It's about time I cleared out a few 999 bits...!

  11. Any use?

  12. Looks just perfect Paul! Is there any damage, I can’t really tell from the image. Also Can I ask where you are located and how much you want for it? Cheers

  13. brilliant sounds good. Would you be prepared to post it if needed? Cheers

  14. It’s in very good condition. I think there’s a belly pan as well. No screen.Located GU28 Petworth. Let me check the price.

  15. Sure - it'll need boxing up but I'll see if I can find something suitable and get you a postage cost. Royal Mail parcel delivery ok with you?

  16. Maybe hold fire on that because I have just been informed that a Christmas shopping trip to MK is in planning stages, probably next week…I could drop my wife off and then drop over to collect from you if that suited (likely midweek though) …save a load of hassle packing/shipping?

  17. No worries GT. I've sent you a DM.

  18. Hi Paul, do you get out and about travelling with work or anything or should I make provision to collect? Also do you know what screen the top fairing takes? - Assuming it matches to a standard Ducati belly pan I wouldn't necessarily want the belly pan though. Cheers

  19. Apologies, I now realise I sold this a while ago.
