Time to swap the seat pads from the old seat unit to the new one...

 

Fitted the headlight cowl to the Monster. Looks better. In my opinion of course

 

Looks good - interested to see however that the indicators appear to be fitted to a sleeve around the fork leg - not seen that before. Does that mean the top yoke needs to be removed to remove the indicator?

 

They can split to remove the indicator I believe, never looked that close at it to be honest

Fell over! Just starting to pull out and a car came zipping down the road, I braked but the angle got me and I couldn't hold it! No, he didn't stop when I fell but a couple of lads came over and helped me pick the bike up. Very good of them. Bashed my shoulder a bit which HURTS!! but it's only pain (which goes away) I don't think anything's broken! Oh, except my bar end mirror. No damage to bike thank goodness.

rode to dungeness for a wee, went from 11 down to 8, which means winter gloves tomorrow

 

If and it’s a big IF i was to go back to a GS it would have to be GSA as I like the big tank. Short fuel range with the chain drive are my two gripes with the V4S Multistrada, otherwise it’s a keeper.

 

Collected the Gullarm after the carburettors were cleaned and rebuilt. Time to put the bike to bed properly this time Andy

 

I expanded my Ducati collection, xdiavel and a desmosedici, sadly they shrunk in the wash.

Picked them up at Belfast international.
