I own 1 bike at present, i've never had more than 2 but it's been 1 most of the time. My current bike is my first Ducati and I love it, it's ran brilliantly with no issues for the last 10 months since I bought it. The riding experience is just better than on a jap bike imo. I think (if I can afford it) I'll stick with Ducatis from now on, as long as they keep making them like this.

I think I know what you're getting at with the thread maybe, I have tried to taste all the different flavours but never sampled 749/999 "group" for myself despite helping fix a few.
I reckon the little Monster will end up being my last bike when I’m too old and decrepit to ride any of the others. Spunky little bike. Reminds me of my DD racing days Here she is … the Mrs and the bike … probably the last time she rode it … with @Ducbird and her SS
