  1. Started the old 998 today and while it was running gas was pouring out the bottom from cylinder area. Checked the quick connects by the bottom of the tank and the fuel injectors and no leaks there. Any advice on other obvious spots to check.

  2. The o-ring that seals the pump assembly into the tank ?

  3. Don't think that's it but I will definitely check that out cheers.

  4. Could it be from a small split in a hose?

Maybe it doesn't leak at rest, only when it's running and there's pressure from the pump?

Have you tried running it with the tank raised? That should help track it down.

  5. Yep that’s my next test. Sure it’s something simple like that. I will keep everyone informed once I find time to test. Cheers

  6. Yep confirmed a pin hole leak in the fuel line see attached.

  7. Can anyone help me with the part number. This is under the airbox not the quick connectors to the gas tank

  8. It's just a length of 8mm or 5/16 rubber fuel hose. Amy hose suitable for injected fuel systems will do. Halfords sell it if your desperate for it. If you want what you have, the spec is literally written on the hose and visible in your pictures.

  9. Yes I am a dummie... just looking for replacement hose now of the same spec.

  10. Anyone know what clamp sizes I need. Ordered some and they are way too small. The fuel line is 5/16 but that’s the inner measurement.

  11. It’s ok a neighbour had one. Strange over here in Canada quality fuel lines are in short supply. I ended up getting a good one but I had to purchase 25ft lol. Nothing shorter available. Guess I have a supply for life :)
